I am Quentin Fankrache, a freelance full-stack developer based in Toulouse, France.
I have been building software since 2020: more than five years of C# and .NET in companies, APIs, business applications and integrations around an ERP. I also publish my own products, which I design, release and sell myself under the name Bootleg Bureau. This site is made the same way as what I deliver to clients: with precision, restraint and attention to detail.
My conviction: a local business needs neither a lifetime subscription nor an over-engineered platform. It needs a website that is fast, good-looking, findable on Google, and that belongs to it entirely. That is exactly what I deliver, then I train you and hand over the keys.

A redesign of an existing site starts at €1,500, a complete redesign with rewritten copy at €2,500, and one-off work (a fix, a small tool, training) at €300. Every project comes with a free fixed-price quote: the total is known and firm before anything starts. VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French tax code).
That is the main risk of a badly handled redesign, and my process is built to avoid it: every page of your current site is inventoried, then a redirect plan guides Google from each old address to the new one, page by page. Nothing goes live until that plan has been checked.
Yes, entirely. The domain name and hosting are registered in your name, and the rights to the site are transferred to you when the balance is paid. There is no subscription: once the project is delivered you owe me nothing, and you stay free to hand the rest to whoever you want.
Count 3 weeks for an essential redesign and 4 to 6 weeks for a complete one. The schedule is set in the quote; it starts when the deposit is paid and your content (copy, images, access) is handed over.
The quote is free and valid for 30 days. A 30% deposit is due when you order; the balance is due when the site goes live. Two rounds of corrections are included in every package, and you approve the design before any development begins.
The site carries a 30-day warranty: any reported defect is fixed free of charge. You receive a handover pack and a one-hour onboarding session so you can stand on your own. No maintenance contract is imposed; if a need comes up later, it is quoted separately, with no commitment.
Yes, that is the point of the handover: the pack explains how to change everyday content, and the included onboarding session gets you started. If you need to edit content often, a simple editing tool can be built into the project; and to go further, I offer additional fixed-price training.
Often, yes. An expired security certificate, addresses that no longer respond, a broken page or a layout that falls apart on phones can be fixed without rebuilding everything: that is one-off work from €300. Describe the problem and I will give you an honest first opinion, free of charge; if a redesign makes more sense, I will tell you that too.
